Negotiate all the terms and conditions of Purchase/Sale via the Private Message Board (PMB). Once both parties are in agreement with all aspects of sale th Seller must accept the Buyer's Bid and the Buyer must agree to the purchase.
The Seller then initiates the purchase with the most secure way for both parties by depositing the funds (amount negotiated with the Seller) into "Safe Transfer". The Seller can then see that the funds will be available to him once re-registration of the domain has been concluded to the satisfaction of both parties. The Buyer can then release the funds to the Seller via his account manager.
In the event a Seller does not complete the transfer within the specified Closing date, the Buyer is then entitiled to a complete refund.

Suggestion: If charging a fee to signup any of the payment gateways that RadNics use's will automatically validate a credit card. If an individual use's a fraudulent card to signup the Payment gateways will notifiy you.
www.2Checkout.com will usually notify you within three or four days while www.PayPal will notify you within 45 days if you don't check the senders details when you receive the funds. Sender's details will indicate whether or not the individual has a "Verfied" account.
